This business is a joke! Horrible customer service, manager is RUDE, dishonest and disrespectful. He lied and told me my bed would be delivered in one week, well one month later NO BED. I am so tired of this store. Do not go to South Ridge Big Sandy you WILL REGRET IT. The store manager’s name is Adam Dale he needs to be fired. The chair has become defective during the process of owning it. The chair pops and cracks when reclined and form coming out of foot rest.

Don’t like the idea that the chair pops and cracks when you lay back and or recline. The foam is starting to fall out of the bottom of the foot rest.

I received very similar treatment, I honestly do not know who does the hiring but there needs to be some major changes. Customer service is horrible they do not tell you all the information management is I believe worse and their services techs broke items at my house which the service manager did not believe they did I would not recommend.

yes I been shopping at big sandys,for years not no more,bought a 65 inch curved tv last year,quit working ,they came out twice to fix it the guy craked the screen on it,so they told me they would replace it,they brought me a 65 inch tv,butt,its not a curved tv,and they wanted to charge me a delivry fee,and get this I dont get no warranty on this tv,even tho there tv repair man broke it,i just will not buy anything there no more,big sandys u guys have got to realize that the bank that gives me credit to buy your stuff,is being used at other places.rodstale1@***.com,the store im talking about is in Chillicothe,ohio,45601

New Kitchen Range

We just bought a new Frigidaire range to put in our built in kitchen. after it was installed we were going to broil a cheese sandwich. When the oven started to heat up smoke started coming out of top vents. we turned it off and smoke keep coming out. Afraid it was going to catch on fire we pulled it out and disconnected electric. Read in manual where it is common for oven to smoke when first used. while still out of wall we baked at 400 degrees for 90 minutes and broiled for 30 minutes before smoke stopped. Due to cold weather we didn't want to open window, but had to and set a fan blowing across stove and out the window. House is still full of smoke with a very bad smell. Not sure if we can trust the stove to be safe. We have bought several ranges over the years and never had this experience. Range of satisfaction from 0 to a 10 is negative 0

I order some furniture from Big Sandy, after I made my order I was told it would take 4 weeks for the warehouse to receive it and addition 4 weeks for I receive it, so I cancel the orde. I had to continually call to get the order cancelled and I finally got it canceled, at least I thought it was cancelled until I went to order a set of mattress from mattress firm, then I found out that it's still pending on my account.

I purchased furniture for $2,100. I was told it would be two weeks before my furniture came in. It was supposed to be here on Saturday I was supposed to get a call on Friday to let me know what time. I did not receive a phone call. I called them on Saturday just to find out that all my furniture was on a truck except for my couch . Since they couldn't deliver all my pieces at once they decided to deliver them all 2 weeks later so that they would not have two delivery charges. I had already gotten rid of all my furniture so I have nothing in my living room to sit on. I went back to the store to get my money back so I could purchase new furniture somewhere else. They informed me that it would be two weeks before I can get my money back and it would be sent to me by check. So now I have no furniture no money to buy furniture and I'm sitting on the floor in my living room

Clothes Dryer Arrived With Big Dent--Knob Won't Turn

They delivered a dryer with a big dent in it near the main purpose *** Tried to turn the *** but it hesitated turning at all. Wasn't sure I was turning it the correct way! Then the *** popped off! So I put it back on...effortfully turned it clockwise to the 60 minute timed dry setting and hit the start button. Seems to be working. We'll see how long before the *** itself breaks. Got a $45 discount for the dent. Called the store...the said they are setting me up with a service tech.............

Will not deliver what was sold

Bought mattresses from the Parkersburg, WV store. The floor model was nice.

The ones I received were hard and made my back hurt. I did get the one time exchange. When I went to return the first mattresses. The guy working told me to lay it on the floor and have kids jump up and down on the matress to break it in!

Then the other sales clerk told me I needed an adjustable base to help soften it for another 799.00! So I got a second set. Again the store one was nice and comfy! Mine??

Nope I am now $ 500 deep in chiropractic bills and they will not take it back or exchange. Again told me to purchase their 799.00 adjustable bed frame.. . Seriously??

I have furnished my kitchen from there with appliances, have got decor, bought recliners, mattresses, .. .

No more! They have forever lost my business and my families!
